NBC is being sued for $2 million by Font Bureau, Inc. over unauthorized use of three fonts on some of its most popular programming, including SNL, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Jay Leno Show. The looted letters were from the Bureau Grotesque, Interstate and Antenna font families. No word on what typeface the attorney’s used on the lawsuit.
