The New Hot Spot.

More Manhattan than Midwest, Tulsa’s newest wine bar and small plates restaurant has made its big debut. Executive Chef Drew Flatt has created a distinctive menu across a variety of cuisines with specialties from oven-fired flatbreads to seared scallops over sweet corn cakes with orange maple butter. General manager and Certified Sommelier Tyler Mirt has assembled a wine list unrivaled in Tulsa, plus a variety of signature drinks including the Lavender Lemon Drop (Absolut Citron, lavender syrup, fresh lemon and lavender sugar rim), the 61st Ave (Makers Mark, smoked cardamom infused sweet vermouth and cherry) and a Chocolate Martini Flight (a White Chocolate Blueberry Martini, a Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Martini and a Dark Chocolate Raspberry Martini). Oh, they’ve got a pretty good ad agency, too.
